The Introduction

Get acquainted with your whole self

A six week journey towards deeper self-connection and more meaningful self-care

When did self care become so one-dimensional?
Instagram has reduced self-care to bubble baths and trendy treatments. And, while we love a ‘grammable mani, self-care is so much more transformational than what we see on social media.
At Inner Workout, we believe that self-care is listening within and responding in the most loving way possible. That simple definition can be really difficult to put into practice.
Any of these thoughts feel familiar?
I’m too busy for self-care.
There are so many practices out there. I don’t know where to start.
I have an idea what works for me, but I could use some accountability.
You’re not alone in those feelings.  That’s why created The Introduction. The Introduction is a six week course designed to (re)introduce you to your whole self and to a multi-dimensional way of practicing of self-care.
Join us in exploring one of the five dimensions of wellbeing each week.

This dimension explores how well you know  and how you care for your body.
