How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. However, processing may take up to three business days.

How much does shipping cost?

To give customers the best pricing, we offer weight-based shipping pricing within the United States:

$3.50 for up to 3.5 oz
$4.00 for up to 8 oz
$5.00 for up to 13 oz
$6.00 for up to 16 oz
$9.00 for up to 32 oz
$11 for up to 40 oz

For international customers, shipping is flat rate:

$16 for Canada and Mexico
$20 for all other international countries

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States takes up to five business days. This is in addition to our order processing time.

Please note that, in addition to not delivering on the weekend, the USPS observes federal holidays and does not ship on the following days: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

International shipping takes up to 14 business days.

What else do I need to know about my international order?

Some countries charge customs fees for e-commerce shipments from the United States. Each country's rules are different, so we recommend researching the customs fees and duties for your country. We are not responsible for any fees, tariffs, taxes, etc. charged on your order.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Sometimes it takes carriers a while to update your package's information. Reach out to takecare[at] if you've waited a few days, and your package status still hasn't updated.

Return Policy

We want you to love your product, but sometimes you realize that something just isn't for you. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Here's what we need in order to accept your return:

- The product must be in the same condition you received it in (If your product was damaged in the shipping process, please contact the carrier to file a damage claim. We are unable to process returns for items damaged during shipping.)
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must have the receipt for your purchase

Once we receive and inspect the product(s) we'll process your refund to the card that was used for purchase. We are unable to refund shipping costs.


Refund processing times are different for each financial institution and can take up to 10 business days.
