Private Sessions

Private Inner Workout sessions are specially designed with your self-care needs in mind. You’ll complete a survey beforehand so that we know exactly how to structure our time together. These classes can take place online or in-person. 

Debrief Add-On

Debrief sessions are an optional add-on. They offer structured time for you to integrate whatever comes up in your private Inner Workout. This coaching process supports you in taking your insights off the mat and into your daily life.
